This is completely Ridiculous. Every time we get a gust of wind my house is falling apart. This fascia issue has to get resolved. Parts are flying off, and other pieces are barely hanging on which cause a loud bang when the wind picks it up and slams it against my house. I have talked to Butch about this in the past. Please get it right this time and fix my house. Especially if your home is done ahead of schedule, suddenly they have a warranty waiver in front of you. <BR/>Come on now, how can you rush a schedule without cutting something short? They will say they used more manpower, but you can have only so many workers at a time before they trip all over each other, and forget things. Certain things must happen in sequence, concrete and stucco for example, require time to cure before the surface treatment. <BR/><BR/>If moisture is trapped, mold grows. <BR/><BR/>An inspector can't possibly inspect a dozen homes in the time alloted for 4 homes.
